An extensive marketing campaign, by HIPS Systems Ltd an associate company who provide a total HIP solution, has shown that a large number of Estate Agents are happy to use our services and have indeed signed an agreement to this effect. Wherever possible we aim to have dedicated Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) allocated to specific Estate Agents therefore building both trust and a good working relationship. This will enable our DEA’s to respond to the specific needs of their allocated Agents and their vendors. We will also work with Estate Agents, or others, to ensure that they comply with the legislation as applicable to the EPC. Our services are also available to Estate Agents, Property Managers or others who might require an EPC independently of a HIP provider.
